About Swoop
Background, key features and collector notes for this figure
Background
Swoop is the Dinobot's aerial assault specialist and, despite his fearsome alternate mode, is often considered the most good-natured of the typically surly group. A powerful warrior, he terrorizes Decepticon forces from the sky with his impressive speed and dive-bombing attacks. This version pays homage to his unreleased Generation 2 figure, featuring a vibrant and aggressive color scheme that defined the 90s toy line.
Key Features
- Features a vibrant blue and red deco inspired by the unreleased Generation 2 Swoop figure.
- Packaged in a 2-pack with the Leader Class G2 Dinobot Sludge figure.
- Includes 3 blaster and 2 sword accessories.
- Accessories can be attached to the figures in both robot and alternate modes.
- Highly articulated for dynamic posing in play or display.
Release Notes
This Leader Class 2-pack was released in January 2026 as part of the Generations Selects line, a fan-dedicated series of special edition characters. Packaged with G2 Dinobot Sludge, this set was primarily distributed through online retailers and fan channels rather than mass-market retail stores.
