Painkiller is a heavy-duty combat medic belonging to the Crawlox faction. Clad in the striking red and white livery of the Beast Box Emergency Ambulance (BBEA), this hippopotamus is built for rescue and support on the battlefield. Its formidable size and strength make it an imposing presence, capable of both defending allies and clearing paths through dangerous terrain.

BB-07PK Painkiller was released in June 2020. It was available as a standard solo figure and also in a special two-pack with BB-15DP Smoke. This two-pack was created to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the BeastBox line and included an exclusive collectible Jojo anniversary coin.
