Bumblebee is one of Optimus Prime's most trusted and loyal Autobots. Acting as a scout and warrior, he is known for his immense bravery despite his relatively small stature. He often forms close bonds with human allies, fighting fiercely to protect them and the cause of freedom.
This version of Bumblebee was released in November 2014 as part of the 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' merchandise line. It was available exclusively at Walmart stores as a component of the 'Bumblebee vs Stinger with Strafe' 3-pack. The set included all three buildable figures.
The Construct-Bots line is generally not highly sought after by mainstream collectors, who tend to prefer traditional transforming figures. While this set's status as a Walmart exclusive adds minor scarcity, its demand remains low. It is primarily of interest to completionists of the 'Age of Extinction' toy line or fans of the building gimmick itself, and typically does not hold significant value on the secondary market.
Like many figures in the Construct-Bots line, the ball joints can be prone to becoming loose over time, especially with repeated disassembly and customization. This can affect the figure's ability to hold poses securely.
