Cliffjumper is a paranoid and trigger-happy Autobot warrior, always ready for a fight. Though he shares a similar body type to his comrade Bumblebee, Cliffjumper's personality is far more impulsive and aggressive. He prefers to shoot first and ask questions later, believing that actions speak louder than words.
Released in November 2013, Cliffjumper was part of the Scout Class wave for the Transformers: Construct-Bots line. The figure came packaged in a resealable plastic tray which could also be used for parts storage.
As part of the short-lived and generally unpopular Construct-Bots line, this figure holds very little value on the secondary market. The line's focus on construction play over traditional transformation failed to resonate with most mainstream collectors. Consequently, Cliffjumper is easy to find and inexpensive, primarily appealing only to completists of the line or the character.
Common to the Construct-Bots line, the ball joints can wear down and become loose over time, particularly with repeated assembly and disassembly. This can result in floppy limbs that have difficulty holding poses.
