Crosshairs

Crosshairs serves as the Autobots' paratrooper and expert marksman. A lone wolf by nature, he's pragmatic and something of a show-off, always confident that his sharpshooting skills are second to none. While he prefers working alone, he remains a dependable, if cynical, warrior in the heat of battle.

Released in May 2014 as part of the Age of Extinction toyline. This version of Crosshairs was sold in the Construct-Bots "Dinobot Rider" assortment, designed to interact with the larger Dinobot figures from the same sub-line. It was a general retail release.

The Construct-Bots line was a short-lived building system that found only a niche audience. This figure is not highly sought after by most mainline collectors and is consequently very common and inexpensive on the secondary market. It primarily holds appeal for movie line completists or fans of the building-toy gimmick itself.

As with many figures in the Construct-Bots line, the ball joints can be prone to looseness, leading to floppy limbs. The skeletal aesthetic of the build system may not appeal to collectors accustomed to more traditional Transformers engineering.
