Battle Ravage was released in late 2003 as part of the "Basic" price point (referred to as Energon Class) for the Transformers: Energon line. In the series, Battle Ravage is a mass-produced Terrorcon drone used by Alpha Q and Scorponok to harvest Energon from Earth.

Key Features:

• Energon Star: Includes a translucent yellow "Energon Star" that can be pegged onto the figure's left shoulder or other compatible Energon figures.
• Energon Weapons: Comes with a purple spiked mace (which doubles as the beast mode tail) and a double-barreled "Energon" cannon.

Collectors value Battle Ravage primarily as an "army builder" figure, as the character appeared in large swarms during the Energon animated series.
