Rhinox

This figure depicts the normally noble and intelligent Maximal warrior, Rhinox, after being reprogrammed by a Decepticon Conversion Device. The process twists his personality, turning the gentle giant into a malevolent Destron soldier. This version of the character is based on his appearance in the classic Transformers: Beast Wars episode 'Dark Designs'.

Masterpiece MPG-26 Destron Rhinox was released in late 2024 as part of Takara Tomy's premium Masterpiece G series. The figure was a general retail release and comes in its original Japanese-language packaging, which includes a character card and instructions.

• Includes two Gatling Hammers and a sword
• Comes with an interchangeable face and a beast mask
• Beast mode features eyes that can change color to red
• Internal storage for one Gatling Hammer in beast mode
• Highly articulated for dynamic posing in both modes

• Rhinoceros
• Robot

As a niche 'evil' variant of a core Beast Wars character, MPG-26 appeals specifically to fans of the 'Dark Designs' episode and Masterpiece completists. While not a limited exclusive, its unique deco and character concept distinguish it from a standard Rhinox release, making it a desirable addition for focused collectors rather than a centerpiece for a general collection.
