Background
Hot Rod is a young, impulsive, and energetic Autobot with a catchphrase of "This is my spot!". Confident to the point of being cocky, he is a fast-moving warrior who dreams of adventure and heroic deeds. He plays a pivotal role in The Transformers: The Movie, where his journey of self-discovery sees him mature into the next Autobot leader, Rodimus Prime.
