A member of the elite Decepticon Seekers, Ion Storm is a master of weather and energy manipulation. He can harness electrokinetic power to generate powerful electromagnetic pulses (EMPs), disabling enemy electronics and creating dangerous, localized storms. Alongside his fellow Rainmakers, he serves as a formidable atmospheric warrior in the Decepticon army.

Ion Storm was released in October 2026 as part of the "Seeker Storm" 4-pack. This made-to-order set, which also included Nova Storm, Acid Storm, and a generic Decepticon Seeker, was offered as a Hasbro Pulse exclusive.
