About Requiem Blaster
Background, key features and collector notes for this figure
Background
The Requiem Blaster is an immensely powerful weapon formed by the combination of the three members of the Space Mini-Con Team: Astroscope, Skyblast, and Payload. In the Transformers: Armada storyline, this legendary artifact was capable of destroying entire planets, making it a critical objective for both the Autobots and the Decepticons in their escalating war.
Key Features
- Combines from the three included Mini-Con figures: Astroscope, Skyblast, and Payload.
- Each component Mini-Con figure features its own robot and alternate mode.
- Functions as a weapon accessory for the Armada Jetfire figure.
- Component Mini-Cons are compatible with other figures featuring Mini-Con ports.
Release Notes
Announced for release in November 2026, the three component Mini-Con figures that form the Requiem Blaster are included in the "Age of the Primes: Armada Jetfire" package. This is a general retail release with no known exclusivity.
Alt Modes
- 5mm Port / Weapon — Combined Mode Blaster for Jetfire
Collectibility
As an updated version of a fan-favorite team from the Unicron Trilogy, this set is highly anticipated. A major draw for collectors is the inclusion of all three Space Mini-Con Team members with Jetfire, as they were originally sold separately in the Armada toyline. While a mainstream release and not expected to be rare, its status as a core component for completing the Armada cast, particularly its interaction with both Jetfire and Optimus Prime, makes it a key purchase for fans of the era.
