Soundwave

As the Decepticons' Communications Officer, Soundwave is one of Megatron's most loyal and trusted followers. Cold, calculating, and ever-vigilant, he uses his built-in sensors and his command of cassette spies like Ravage and Laserbeak to monitor Autobot transmissions and gather intelligence. His distinctive, synthesized voice and unwavering devotion to the Decepticon cause make him an iconic and feared adversary.

Announced as part of the premium Missing Link line, D-01 Soundwave is slated for release in March 2027. This figure celebrates the original G1 toy with modern engineering and comes in Japanese-language packaging, which includes a character card and instructions.

• Original G1 toy aesthetic with modern, extensive articulation for dynamic posing.
• Partial die-cast zinc alloy construction in the feet and chest.
• Includes the first-ever official figure of the unreleased G1 cassette character, Scout Robo.
• Features heat-reactive Secret Emblems on both Soundwave and Scout Robo.
• Functioning cassette door can hold a cassette minion for the iconic "eject" pose.

As a premium, modern update to one of the most beloved G1 characters, this figure is highly anticipated. Its status as the first Decepticon in the Missing Link series and the world-first inclusion of the previously unreleased cassette, Scout Robo, makes it a historically significant and must-have release for G1 collectors. It is expected to be a centerpiece figure that holds its value exceptionally well.
