Character Background

Constructicon Maximus is the combined form of five Decepticon construction vehicles released in 2005 as part of the Transformers: Energon line. This figure was released as a complete giftset containing the leader, Steamhammer, and four limb components (Sledge, Wideload, Duststorm, and Bonecrusher) to form a powerful warrior inspired by the G1 Constructicons.

Key Features:

• Scramble City Engineering: The four limb components are interchangeable, meaning any of the smaller vehicles can function as either an arm or a leg for the combined mode.
• Energon Weaponry: Includes translucent plastic parts that serve as individual weapons or transform into the hands and feet of the combined giant.
• Powerlinx Combination: Uses a standardized connector system that allows these limbs to be swapped with components from the other Energon combiners, Superion Maximus and Bruticus Maximus.
